I have vitamin B 12 deficiency . Do deficiency lead to memory problem . Because I am also suffering from memory problem .Should I take B12 supplements ?

You should take Vit B Complex supplements. You can take additional Vit B12 also. Memory loss is a complex problem . No single vitamin or Mineral can be blamed as the only or the most prominent cause of Memory loss. Under such a situation it is better to go for a holistic approach.
