This can be easily achieved with HAIP DIET.  Use HAIP Advanced Meal plan and add Liver detox tea to speed up the process mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook.  This will not only help in reducing belly fat but also help in creating health.

Your condition appears to be due to a sedentary lifestyle, high-calorie intake and low protein consumption, leading to central fat accumulation (abdomen & hips) with relatively lean limbs. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this indicates Kapha imbalance along with weak muscle metabolism (Mamsa Dhatu Kshaya). Management Approach: Medication: Haritaki tablets – 2 tablets at bedtime with lukewarm water (for improving metabolism and digestion) Diet Advice: – Increase protein intake (moong, paneer, lentils, nuts) – Avoid junk food, sugar, and refined carbohydrates – Take light, easily digestible meals Lifestyle Changes: – Start regular exercise (strength training + cardio) – Avoid prolonged sitting – Maintain proper sleep routine For a complete and personalized Ayurvedic treatment plan including medicines, diet chart and lifestyle correction, consultation is recommended after proper assessment. You may contact me for a customized treatment plan.

Namastey Your body pattern—higher fat accumulation around the abdomen and hips with relatively lean arms and legs—is a common presentation and is often associated with central fat deposition. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this reflects an imbalance where Kapha dosha (fat accumulation) is predominant in the trunk region, while Mamsa dhatu (muscle tissue) is relatively underdeveloped in the limbs. It is important to understand that the body does not allow “spot reduction” of fat from a single area; instead, fat loss occurs gradually and systemically, while muscle gain must be targeted through proper stimulation. The goal, therefore, is simultaneous fat reduction and muscle strengthening, achieved through disciplined lifestyle correction rather than any instant remedy. Ayurveda supports this transformation through structured daily routine (Dinacharya), physical activity, and metabolic balance.
Next Steps
You should begin with a consistent routine that combines strength-building exercises for arms and legs (such as bodyweight training, resistance exercises, or yoga-based strength practices) along with overall fat-reducing activities like brisk walking, jogging, or Surya Namaskar. Focus on progressive improvement rather than quick results. Maintain regular meal timings and avoid overeating, especially late at night. Proper sleep and stress management are equally important, as irregular habits can worsen fat deposition around the abdomen. For a more personalized Ayurvedic approach tailored to your body constitution and goals, you are advised to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5, where we can guide you in a structured and professional manner for sustainable transformation. Ayurvedic Panchakarma will give you significant results, there are multiple treatment therapies which are available especially for localized fat tissue accumulation.
Health Tips
Adopt a balanced diet that is light, nutritious, and easy to digest—favor freshly prepared meals over processed or oily foods. Include adequate protein sources in your diet to support muscle development naturally. Stay well hydrated and avoid prolonged sitting, as a sedentary lifestyle promotes abdominal fat gain. Incorporate daily physical activity and maintain consistency, as irregular efforts do not yield results. Practicing yoga and breathing exercises can also improve metabolism and overall body balance. With patience, discipline, and the right routine, your body composition can gradually shift toward better strength and reduced fat.. Thank You

Namaskar ! Your history is needed to diagnose properly. You have not mentioned your weight in your history. If you have a long hours sitting job then it can occur due to less mobility during whole day. Fat increasing diet can cause more fat deposition inside the body..and fat can deposit first on this area of the body. Low protein diet can also cause decreased muscle mass So consultation is required  before starting any ayurveda treatment. You can consult with me to get proper treatment.
Health Tips
Daily 30 minutes walking will be useful to decrease fat over abdomen and hips
