My urine flow has reduced over the last couple of months. I have had a Bladder Neck Incision about 18 months back and enjoyed a good urine flow for sometime after the recurrence of the problem. I am on Alpha blocker treatment, but it doesn't seem to help. Can this problem happen due to masturbation? I have heard that masturbation can cause high tone of the bladder neck muscles.

No. Masturbation will not cause this.
