Redness, Dryness and Pain in throat
Hello Doctor. I have facing issue of redness and dryness on my back throat. I have this problem from last 15 days. Mere gale me backside kafi redness dikh rahi hai aur gala always dry sa feel hota hai, I also feel little pain. Local chemist se medicine li thi jisme firstly Amoxicillin 500+Betamethasone+Pain reliever (4 Days)thi, aaram nahi milne par unhone Augmentin 625+ same (2 Days)di. After that cefpodoxime proxetil 200+Ibuprofen+Trucuf(for 2 days). Par is se bhi aaram nahi mil raha, Betadine gargles bhi kare bt no relief.  Pls suggest me the correct way what should I do, And pls suggest me any medicine, which will effective in this.

Moreover I would suggest you to avoid taking medications from OTC source because the duration and dose needs to be regulated. It can be multiples things including reflux or ulcers or chronic pharyngitis.

You should do dietary changes Avoid oily spicy foods Drink plenty of fluids Take small meals every 2 hourly Don’t drink tea coffee empty stomach Don’t drink cold drinks and sour drinks Don’t drink milk before sleeping Take tab rabiquin ls twice And serratiopeptidase thrice a day

You have already taken antibiotics and that too, two different ones. So it’s better you consult a doctor physically so that your throat can be examined and your condition can be diagnosed rightly.

Aap ne jo medications liya hei, first of all aap didn’t complete the course for either augmentin or cefpodoxime proxetil, 2 din ka dosage nahi rehta hei, unless u take a complete course u will not see any changes suddenly, and its better to go to a clinic near by get oral examination and get medications prescribed by a doctor.
