Reddish Urine and Reddish Poop

Hi Sir/Mam, My 6.75 months old daughter had a reddish urine and reddish poop since yesterday night. Attached photo of the same poop. She does not cry but we are worried as to what caused that. Body temperature is normal. Only new thing is that we introduced Ragi cereal in her diet 3 days back. Please advise what to do next. FYI, Along with that we are giving betrrot juice , apple , pear , carrot puree since 1 month and nothing happened till date.

From the photo, it doesn't appear to be caused due to infection. Omit ragi and beetroot from her diet for 3 days and see if the colour of poop changes.
