Vomiting reddish brown colour after iron
Hi doctor my baby boy is 56 days old , His birthday weight is 2.7 kg after 45 days doctor suggested Trifer iron supplements 5 drops which is usually reddish in colour, But occasionally when he vomit some time colour appears light brown to sometimes darkish reddish brown colour other times it's usually white in colur is it normal

If haemoglobin of baby is normal then u can start iron after 6 months of age ....colour is due to iron ....if happen multiple times then stop iron
