Reddish bump on Genitals
I've been suffering with numerous reddish bump on penis shaft and scrotum since 20days.
All started with..
Itching on upper surfaces on palm then after 7days bumps started to appear on scrotum then after on penis shaft. Around 20 bumps on both.
I'm attaching pictures of that.
Please help i'm so worried.

Tab. Twermectol(12mg): one tab only tomorrow morning before breakfast: SINGLE DOSE ONLY STAT
TAB. Atarax (10mg): one tab after dinner for 10 days
Tonight have a hot scrub bath with Dermadew LS Dew soap. Wipe with fresh towel.
Apply PERMITE CREAM (5%Permethrin) from neck to toe : apply on full body front and back including affected areas. Whole tube has to be applied. One tube is one dose. Do not apply on face. Overnight application. Wash next morning.
DO NOT REPEAT APPLICATION.
