Red spots near armpit & itchiness

Ola doctor.. Let me get straight to the point... There are some red spots near my right armpit .. + They're causing excessively itchiness as well ... I just noticed that today ... So hereby you're requested to suggest me some remedies... P.S. They should b ayurvedic/can be made in home As far as possible... Hope you'll understand my problem & will suggest remedies for the same.
