Pin point red spots
I noticed these two red spots on my hand. Although i don't have such spots anywhere else. These do not itch or pain. What can this be??? I don't have any skin disease or problem

Its papular urticaria can be due to some food or insect bite...
Nothing to worry about that ...they wil clear..
Avoid food items that precipitate it...
Use halovate-f cream twice daily
Take plenty of fluids
