Red sore spot near base of penis.
I have a one small red sore/spot on the underside near the base of my penis for the last 4–5 days. I initially thought it would go away on its own, but it is still there. It looks more sore/open at night, but after waking up in the morning it looks smaller, less irritated, and seems like it is healing. The pain is mild and mainly happens only when the area is touched or when the skin stretches. I do not have fever, burning urination, discharge, blisters, or multiple sores. I am unable to understand whether this is a follicle, boil, irritation, skin infection, or something else. Please advise what this could be and what treatment or precautions I should follow.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
