  4. Red spots and fevee. Kindly help!

Red spots and fevee
Yesterday I got rash all over my body with pain near chest and ribs . Went to doctor . He gave avil injection and some painkillers. Today check the blood test it shows raised ESR and sugar. Doctor gave anti.allergic.the spots have started fading but now I'm having fever 101_102. Kindly help
