  4. Red marks near chest. How to heal it?

Red marks near chest
I have got some red marks in chest area. See photo attached. I trimmed my body hair and noticed that there were 3-4 such marks ..near chest, stomach area. They were all circular in shape. Now only one mark is there as seen in the photo. What could be the possible reason for this and how to heal it?
