Hi dr 4 days ago I smoked and got this red spot under my mouth I'm scared is it cancer .
I am paranoid. Please reply respected Dr I am very scared. I have never smoked cigarettes before might hardly two or three times in my life. This is just a red spot and it doesn't bleed

It is not cancer. Most probably it is aphthous ulcer. Get it checked properly at clinic

As it's seen there's nothing to worry about..apply hexidine gel 2 times in a day for one week on the spot and see if it goes. If it still remains then consult any dentist on the clinic .

It definitely doesn't look like cancer. May b it would b a burn mark from cigarettes. Still I will suggest visit a dentist of it doesn't heal in 5-6 days.

wait and watch. u can apply ghee on it or anesthetic gel like rexidine m forte gel if it's painful

Probably some trauma or an ulcer.
Cancer doesn’t develop instantly. But plz don’t smoke as it is a strongly associated with developing cancer.
