Red pimple spots on back
Hello doctor,
I would like to know why I am getting pimples on my back which leaves a red dark spots. It's been 5 years I am facing this problem. Consulted skin doctors couple year back he said it will go by time but still I m not feeling much change.

Greetings. These could be pimples, but in many these may not be pimples at all. These could be pityrosporum folliculitis. This would require oral or topical anti fungal treatment . they could also just be kp like lesions, esp on arms. however it's best you see a qualified dermatologist near you in your city so that adequate treatment may be prescribed.
