  4. Red patches inner cheeks. What this is?

Red patches inner cheeks
It's been almost four days, I have these red patches on my inner cheeks. They look like a brown center surrounded by red. It's scared me a lot. May I know what this is? I've attached a picture, and I clearly know I don't  bite my cheeks.
