Red itchy bumps on arms and legs

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have red itchy bumps since 4 months.Blood test suggested Ige level 300+.After consultation Taken few medicince like teczine,betnasol and Atrex.But no reliving symptoms yet.It appers frequntly in week and went automatically.I hv noticed Some red spots are more dark red but no itching quite smaller than bumps as well.
