Red bumps on skin all over body

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have a few red bumps on my skin on varied places in my body since quite some time now.Some in my feet some in my arms.Please see the attached picture.I thought at first that they will go away on their own but its been around 2 weeks.Is it a sign of something serious?Should i consult a doctor for this? Thank you for your help
