Constipation with streaks of blood can be caused due to fissures and piles. If you have pain during defecation,it is probably due to fissures. Apply anovate ointment before and after defecation. To avoid constipation take high fibre diet, lots of water, avoid alcohol and smoking. You can take stool softners like Isabgol husk or cremaffin liquid at night

Maybe you have developed piles due to straining to pass stools. Take a diet with more of fresh green leafy vegetables,  fruits like orange, pappaya,  drink more water throughout the day, glassful of warm  water before sleeping and after getting up. Take tab pause one every 8 hours for 4 to 5 days . Get check up done by surgeon physically,  to assess for piles.

Constipation for months with bleeding suggests piles or fissure, but other causes also need to be ruled out. Please do not ignore persistent bleeding. Increase water, fiber, and physical activity. Avoid straining. For relief, you can try a mild stool softener like lactulose syrup. But since bleeding is more now, it’s important to consult in person for examination and proper treatment.
