Hi, actually I am trying to lose weight since past few months and have lost 20 kgs in last 6 months and I stand at 100kgs currently. The problem is, since when I'm losing weight, I face problem to constipation very frequently, earlier it wasn't such. What can be the reasons and how can I solve it.
