Recurring Skin issues

Asked for Male, 27 Years

For near to a year now, I am facing skin issues. Sporadic breakouts. I get rashes from 3-4hrs exposure to sun now, something that never happened all my life. Skin darkening that is not going away again for over a year. Recently I started getting some more rashes near my neck region and it is slowly spreading as well. Need help!
