Recurring fever

Asked for Female, 53 Years

I've had fever recurring for last 5 days, it got cured 2 ays ago. Today, early morning (2am) fever came up to 101 C again, and i just slept with blanket on and no A/C and by 7am fever started coming down without any medicine. I'm worried if its typhoid or something.
