Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT Your symptoms are most consistent with allergic rhinitis with chronic/recurrent sinusitis, rather than just infection. I-Mont provides relief because it targets the allergy pathway, but definitive management requires long-term allergy control + evaluation for sinus disease.

You are having Allergic Rhinitis with sinusitis. Treatment for allergic rhinitis and sinusitis includes allergen avoidance, nasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, saline nasal washes, and decongestants. For severe or persistent cases, immunotherapy (allergy shots) can be considered, while surgery is a rare option for severe nasal obstruction or polyps.
