Got typhoid positive fifteen days back and recovered frm day5...now I'm perfectly fine and oximeter is normal can it be covid or I can leave home as it's day 15 since my symtoms began like fever body pains headache wet cough and abdomjn pain...widal test positive and used medicines by day 3 there is improvement and by day 9 symptom free can I leave to office and homw
