I suggest instead of online diabetes treatment. Please visit a local diabetologist and also monitor her sugar levels fasting and 2 hrs after BF/lunch and dinner . Make a chart and then discuss. She need to control her diet and do some walking exercise.

Pateint is stable and glucose spike is also in range. But for further improvements in HbA1c we must put her on lifestyle management. Which will further improve in HbA1c reduction and quality of life will be good
