Recently 2months back my father died
After I experienced night time anxit attack doctor all test done ecg, troponin, echo all normal, he advice nexito 5mg, and anxit 0.25 , but when I take nexito that time I have more anxiety not control and anxit tablet that feel cool 4hours I can sleep without disturbing, then I can take anxit tablet everyday night time , but every day night time only I feel stress and palpitations, please advise me

You were prescribed, anti-depressants and anxiolytics to help with anxiety. Initially Escitalopram can uncover some anxiety, but if that was the reason you stopped you should have gone back to your psychiatrist with these complaints.
