Reason for high triglycides and monocyte

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hai... Last day i checked my lipid profile and blood tests. My monocyte count is 9. Normal is 2-4%. And my cholestrol is 272. Triglycerides 289. Ldl 170 and hdl 44. My hb is 17.5 and platelet count are normal.What is the reason for the increase in triglycides and monocytes? I have no other medical problems. Any remedy for reducing the triglycides. I was not ate any medicines. give a reply as soon as possible. Thank you...
