Reactive arthritis vs ankylosing spondyl
After viral infection in mid Feb, I feeling to start waist pain ,then mid back lower back and now upper back hip pain , My HLAB27 is negative, MRI was quite normal in FEB , from last 25 days I am taking tofacitinib 5mg bd ,still pain not improving
