Extraction will be better in this case. If mouth opening is less then it is very difficult to access the tooth and treat it which is generally the case for 90% patients. If you get it extracted it will not require replacement as only less than 10% of chewing load goes to that tooth. So it doesn't require any replacement.

Namaskaram,
Wisdom teeth are placed very conveniently in a position where our food reaches first but our tooth brush reaches last as a result a lot of maintenance required for these particular teeth. Hence in most of the cases an extraction of these teeth are regarded as the best option until and unless you are more fond of them and would want them to be saved with an rct. Supra eruption should not bother you much it be the last thing you should be worried about as it takes a lot of time for a tooth to supra erupt and also depends on the position your lower wisdom is placed.
Team Shambhala.
In my opinion extraction would be a better option for you firstly accessibility is very less in that region to work for a dentist ad also because after the root canal treatment and crown you won’t be able to maintain that area or keep the area clean hence that is the reason you have cavity which progressed and now the tooth is infected so the better option would be Extraction and if you have a lower wisdom tooth present you can wait and after few months you can get it extracted there is no hurry also wisdom teeth don’t require replacement
