As per the blood test 2 things I have to specify
Ur MCV is low which means u may develop IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA
ESINOPHIL COUNT IS HIGH

No treatment/diagnosis is possible on the basis of investigations only. Investigations help in diagnosis & treatment of a disease. So it is better to consult your physician , Investigations are advised in the direction of possible diagnosis of the problem.
As your Hb is normal & rbc are minutely microcytic , WBC is increased - specifically eosinophil% & absolute-neutrophils are increased. So my advice is - go for a detailed GBP from a Hematologist.
