Good day Kindly suggest in what ratio should i mix amla powder,mulethi powder and giloy powder in lukewarm water to drink for gerd and acidity issues.How many times a day? Thanks

For your Acidity.. I would suggest to take 1 teaspoonful 3grams of Mulethi powder after breakfast.. and Fennel Water (3 grams boiled in 1 cup of water for 3-4 minutes) drink after Breakfast, lunch and dinner..
