Rashes in mouth for 7 months

Asked for Male, 28 Years

For the last 7 months there is rashes in my mouth. I did grind my teeth have prescription from doctor who suggest for lichen plannous. After having medicine for 2-3 months still its not vanishing. Now i see this going to my throat and bottom of my teeth. I am very much worried as i dont smoke aur drink. Pls suggest me pls.
