Rashes all over the face

Hello, Since yesterday night I have developed rashes due to sudden itching on my face.. The same was persistent during the time I was sleeping and in the morning also.. Please provide me solution to this as it is very irritating and giving me a burning sensation on the face. Thanks in advance
