Rashes after Volini spray
I had pain in my left upper arm so I applied Volini spray a couple of times through out the day yesterday and today I observed the whole upper arm red and covered in rashes. Is this a common side effect? Should I take allergy medication?

For your query.. yes Volini spray can cause redness or itching over application area that’s called ICD (Irritant Contact Dermatitis), not in all cases but yes definitely in some patients because of its active ingredients & assisting skin penetrative molecules.
Next Steps
Stop using it..if medical condition requires its application use in less frequency or gel form or other topical painkiller with different composition. best would be stop it’s application and use painkiller for a time being 2-3 days with antacids would be not harmful.

If redness or itching is mild to moderate.. use topical steroids of Mild to moderate potency for 2-3 times in a day. If severity is more that prefer to consult on Practo one time or nearby dermatologist whichever suits you for better care and prescription of oral medications in better way.
