Rashes after fever

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My child had fever for starting Monday 101 degree F to 102 degree F till wednesday. On thursday it was 100 degree in afternoon though without paracetamol it went down. Since friday rashes came out of her face and body. What could be the reason? She was tested -ve for dengue and malaria on Tuesday.

Probably rash due to other viral infections.and less likely to be due to drugs .If no fever or in downward trend and passing urine adequately nothing to worry. But should be in touch with doctor.
