Viral fever can last for a week also. If he is active and feeding well, nothing to worry about. But please consult a pediatrician directly. You can do it online also if needed

Normal temperature ranges between 36.5 to 37 degrees Celsius
Generally we consider fever more or equal to 37.7 degrees Celsius or 100 degrees Fahrenheit
Next Steps
if the baby is active between the inter febrile period generally it's viral
The fact that the baby is active for most of the day is a good sign. Does she also have other upper respiratory symptoms like cough and cold? You can continue on Tylenol or can book an online appointment for further evaluation.
Next Steps
look out for danger signs like dullness lethargy and refusal to feed.
