Rash on body
I am attaching pics of my problem. I have had these rashes for 45 days. The doctor has given me iterconazole 200 mg and soap with eberconazole cream and bilashine 40 mg tab. I am also using anti fungal zocon powder as he suggested. It's been 19 days since I started using this medication I don't see any improvement. He said it's tinea corporis in receipt. I am worried it is ringworm or psoriasis or eczema. It occurred due to pre diabetic or any hiv early symptoms after exposure. How much time will it take to cure ?

Tinea corporis can sometimes take several weeks to improve completely, especially if the infection is extensive, recurrent, sweat-related, steroid-modified, or if the skin has already become irritated from multiple creams or scratching. The medicines you mentioned — Itraconazole, Eberconazole, and antifungal dusting powder — are commonly prescribed treatments for fungal infection, so your doctor’s approach sounds consistent with fungal management. Not seeing major improvement after around 19 days does not automatically mean HIV, psoriasis, or something dangerous. Many fungal infections improve slowly, particularly in humid climates, sweaty body folds, tight clothing use, obesity, diabetes/prediabetes, or if the infection was partially suppressed earlier by steroid-containing creams. Psoriasis and Eczema can sometimes resemble fungal rashes, but these are usually differentiated by clinical examination. HIV-related rashes are generally not diagnosed simply based on appearance alone, especially without other strong symptoms or risk factors. Anxiety after exposure often causes people to connect every skin issue with HIV, even when the rash is more consistent with common dermatological conditions.
Next Steps
This is Fungal infection which has changed in its morphology little bit. For confidential guidance regarding skin health and holistic wellness support, you may also connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Keep the skin dry and sweat-free, avoid tight clothing and scratching, maintain proper hygiene, avoid self-medication with mixed steroid creams, and focus on good sleep, hydration, balanced diet, and stress control, as skin healing often becomes slower when irritation and anxiety continue together. Thank you

“Tinea corporis (fungal infection/ringworm) can sometimes take several weeks to improve, especially in humid weather or if extensive. Lack of visible improvement in 2–3 weeks does not automatically mean HIV, psoriasis or eczema, but reassessment may be needed if lesions are spreading or unchanged. Prediabetes can increase fungal infections, so sugar control is important. Continue treatment as advised and avoid self-changing medicines. Please consult me with images/details so I can properly assess and guide further.
