For a random blood glucose level ,103 is absolutely fine.If you had checked the random blood glucose level after a gap of 6 hours , repeat the fasting glucose level and 2 hours after the food.Fasting glucose level below 100 mg/dl and PP , glucose level below 140 mg are normal.

If you had lunch 5-6 hrs earlier and not eaten anything after that.. It's like fasting blood sugar..so it's slightly higher.. Normal is below 100..
Next Steps
fasting blood sugar and post prandial (2hrs after lunch) sugar.. and take advice later..
Health Tips
avoid direct sugars..Chai,Gulab jamun, jalebi etc.. exercise 150min/week..ie.30 min for 5 days..

First of all we need to know that anything after 8 hours is considered fasting 1. Your blood sugar is little above normal. After 5-6 hours it should be around or lower than 100mg/dl 2. It also depends upon what did you eat and which instrument did u use to check your blood sugar. 3. So if you’re in doubt then get yo ur HBA1c. Results will clarify the picture of your sugar status
