I missed my periods this month, the date was on 2nd oct
Since february, i only get periods when i take medicines (i am not getting my periods naturally) This is happening after i took i pills two times in the month of december
I think i have got amennorhea.
Can RajaPravartini Vati and Ashokarishta Cure me? Cam i take them together. How many months do i have to take it and from when i should start?
Will it correct my natural period cycle and fertilization ?

Rajpravartini vati can be helpful for you but it need only for specific days eg start to take pill 2 bid ,5 days before to expected upcoming menses and then 3-5 days till then then stop.repeat same next month. Although it will take time upto 6-7 month to regulate your menses but it is effective. While you need some vatshamk drug which will be continued till and if need changes , an expert can be handle this case. Better to take medicine under an expert. Lose of periods (Amenorrhea) can't be treated blindly. U can take the said medicine if u don't have no grose pathology. The medicine can start from the last day of bleeding till the starting of next periods.It continue at least 3 consicutive periods.

Yes, you can take both, but Raja parivartini vati, you have to start 4-5 days before your periods date with lukewarm water 2-0-2 and ashokarishta, you can start taking now.

2nd change your diet plans.
Add boiled beat root in your salad.
Eat half plate papaya regular.
Do skipping Daily.
You can also drink tulsi water for regular periods.
