Raided bump like patchy spot on face

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Since a couple of weeks, I notice a round pinkish spot on my face next to the eye. It looks like a small bump but now the shape is clearly visible. It was not causing any issue but it has started itching slightly from today. I also seem to have get some slight discoloration on the face off and on. No such cases anywhere else in the body.
