Sun spots(white round spots)

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Noticed white round spots for past 3months on hands n arms. Spoke to my previous doctor as I was having vaginal infections, so I was under going treatment n my Dr said these spots shall go in a while as they r appearing may be coz of medicines. But it has started increasing n Moreover I stopped all medicines except the thyroid tablets.plz help
