Radiating pain in Right arm
I am diagnosed for spondylitis 2 yrs back. At that time it was only neck pain. No gap in c6 and c7. Now I am experiencing radiating pain in right arm. Can anybody suggest exercise for it.

Initially you should start with Isometric Exercises of Neck. But that will be of not much help, spondylitis at age 31, seems to be a lifestyle issue or could be something related to your posture at work which requires immediate intervention. Visit an Occupational Therapist advice.
Next Steps
