Hot water fermentation twice a day will help reduce pain and relaxes muscles. Take Zerodol P tablet twice a day if pain is severe. Visit physiotherapy centre and take electrotherapy for 10-15 days to reduce pain completely and later with strengthening exercises it muscles become strong and there wont be any discomfort.
