Rabies vaccine
I was bit by a rat some years ago and doctors are telling my that I don't need an anti rabies vaccine but I'm worried what should I do...? If I take the post exposure vaccine without recommendation will it be harmful? I can't rest due to this pls tell me the way out.

If you were bitten few years ago what's the purpose of taking the vaccine now? What were you doing at that time ma'am? Sleeping?
Now what you can take is Pre-exposure-prophylaxis if you have foreseen any rat bite in the nearby future.
Just relax. The Vaccine won't work if you were bitten some years back. No need to worry. Calm down!
