Rabies vaccination after 4 years
I had a stray cat bite on my finger about 4 years ago. I took it to a veterinarian as it was starved and had many wounds. The cat died soon after. At that time I had no idea about rabies and dint have vaccination. After 2 years when I asked a doctor I was told vaccine is not needed after 2 years. Then I had a baby girl and am breastfeeding her. Now I read somewhere that rabies can have even years of incubation period. Should I get a vaccine? Should my daughter (15 months old) be vaccinated too?

No not at all. Rabies only has incubation period of 3 days to 12 weeks maximum. You need not worry at all
