Rabies infections
Hello. I saved a stray cat. But while doing so she scratched me. I found her two days later, and she seemed normal. She is at a vet. Around he same time I found her, I was Cleaning up tuna that I had Left out for her as bait. It was still wet, and when I picked Up the dish some tuna that had been knocked out got on my fingers. I don’t know if she was the only animal eating it. Can I catch rabies from my nail bed or under my nails? I know it’s only from saliva but the tuna was still wet.

No you can't catch rabies. If the cat has only scratched you with No blood oozing you may not need any post exposure prophylaxis. If possible continue to observe the cat for 14 days. If you are worried , you can start with a post exposure prophylaxis and continue to observe the cat. If the cat doesn't show any abnormal signs for 14 days then it's unlikely she has rabies and you can stop the prophylaxis.
