Rabies exposure inquiry
"If I go to a rabies vaccination center to take a tetanus shot, and the nurse has just treated a fresh dog-bite patient, then without washing or without sanitising her hands she gives me an injection and touches my injection site (where there is a little blood) with the same hand - would this be considered a rabies exposure?" I am asking this because I have seen nurse's hand was little bit wet before she went to give me injection.

No, this is not a rabies exposure. Rabies is only transmitted through direct contact with a rabid animal's saliva. It cannot be passed from an animal to a nurse and then to you. The virus dies almost instantly once it hits the air or a surface. It cannot survive on skin long enough to infect another person. The wetness you saw was likely sanitizer or water, but even if it were saliva, the virus would not be active by the time she touched you.
Next Steps
If you are concerned about the nurse's hygiene, you can mention it to the clinic supervisor. This helps them improve their standard safety protocols for all patients
