Question about 2nd dose of Covishield

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hello Doctors My wife had 1st dose of vaccine but she will be traveling to USA for long duration in next 3 weeks and hence couldn't get 2nd dose of Covishield since the gap is now 84 days in india. What are her options, can she skip 2nd dose and travel or she can go for pfizer (USA) dose after certain time period. Please guide us to deal with this situation. Thanks in advance

Hi when was her first dose given? She can take her second dose anytime with in the prescribed period ( with in 12-16 weeks gap as per guidelines)
