When i roll my tongue back, and lick the soft palate area, just infront of the uvula, i feel dot dot pattern there, is that normal anatomy?
Check the below picture, those shiny bump kind of thing that lokks like dot sot in the soft palate, are they the salivary gland openings? Or fordyce granules?
