Query About Kegal excercise

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old male. 5 years ago Lateral anal sphinctertomy was done for anal fissure. I have also Over active urinary bladder and mild urge incontinence. So , my query is for urine problem if I do Kegal excercise to give tightness of bladder muscle then my anus sphincter will also be tight ??? As tight anal sphincter will cause anal fissure . Can I do Kegal excercise considering the above described condition ???
