My baby 3months old not taking enough quantity of milk(~240ml/day).

You have not mentioned the birth weight and the present weight.
If the child has put on about 800-1000 gm per month the intake is normal.

2 to 3hrly feeding for 20 to 25 minutes in a comfortable sitting position with proper awakening the baby ...
Your baby is passing 8 to 10 times per day urine is good indication that your baby is getting good quantity of milk.
